*Beskriv och ge exempel. Max 600 tecken.

Motiv och bakgrund

*Vad är problemet och vad föreslår du för lösning? Vilka instanser/myndigheter är berörda eller har mest ansvar? Kort om nuläget när det gäller beskrivna problem och förslaget. Hur ser utvecklingen ut? Lista referenser som du grundar dina förslag på, t ex namn på utredning, rapport, regeringsbeslut eller dylikt. Ange gärna länk till webbsidor.
Texten ska vara på max 5000 tecken (inkl mellanslag), helst inte mer än 3000.

Bilaga

Du kan också bifoga tabeller, figurer etc som en pdf-fil här (max 50 MB). Märk att själva förslagstexten ska rymmas i fälten ovanför, och inte presenteras i bilagan.
OBS filuppladdningen kan ta lång tid och problem kan förekomma med filer större än 5 MB. Om du inte får bekräftelse på mottagen motion inom en kvart, skicka bilagan med epost till riksdag@klimatriksdagen.se (glöm inte ange vilken motion den hör till).

*Give one or more short phrases explaining the actions you want to see. One action for each line. Keep in mind that what you propose should be possible to carry out by the Swedish Parliament and / or Government. Max 400 characters.

Summary

*Describe and give examples. Max 600 characters.

Motivation and Backgroud

*What is the problem and what do you propose for the solution? Which agencies / authorities are concerned or have the most responsibility? Briefly describe the problems and the proposal. What does the development of the issue look like? List references that you base your suggestions on, such as name of investigation, report, government decision or the like. Please enter link to web pages.
The text should have a maximum of 5000 characters (including spaces), preferably no more than 3000.

You can also attach tables, figures etc as a pdf file here (max 10 MB).
Note that the actual text of the proposal should be accommodated in the fields above, and not shown in the appendix.
Note file upload may take a long time and problems may occur with files larger than 5 MB. If you do not receive confirmation of the received exercise within 15 min., send the attachment by e-mail to riksdag@klimatriksdagen.se (please do not forget to state which proposal it belongs to).
